Q: Do you ship outside canada?

A: We currently do not ship outside Canada excepted on a case by case basis. If you're interested in our product, dont hesitate to contact us and we'll do our possible to accomodate your needs!

Q: How long does it take to ship the item after payment?

A: In any case, all paid orders are shipped the next business day before 4PM EST.

Q: What method of payment do you accept?

A: For domestic order, we accept Interact E-Transfert, COD (cash on delivery), Bitcoin and Monero. In case of exception, we'll adapt quickly to satisfy your need in a case by case basis. For example, Paypal & Western Union are within our reach, but as their T.O.S. are blurry, we highly recommend to use the method setup by default.
